可持續發展目標(SDGs)網上學習獎勵計劃 2025 - 學生報名 SDGs eLearn Award Scheme 2025 - Student Registration

為促進可持續發展目標的實踐，聯合國兒童基金香港委員會(UNICEF HK)現正開展SDGs網上學習獎勵計劃，提供SDGs網上學習課堂和實踐行動，鼓勵學生自主學習，並透過行動為可持續發展目標出一分力。

 

報名方法

參加對象：中一至中六學生

  • 學生可自由參與計劃，競逐學生獎項。
  • 請於2025年4月9日（三）或之前填妥學生報名表格。
  • 登記參加者將獲提供個人學習帳戶以登入UNICEF HK網上學習平台。
  • 填妥此報名表格後，我們將於2025年4月11日（五）為你開設學習帳戶，請適時查閱已登記之電郵。

 

獎項

完成SDG課堂及行動，可獲發金、銀或銅章證書乙張。

  • 金章：完成 2 個網上課堂 及 最少 6 個SDGs 行動
  • 銀章：完成 2 個網上課堂 及 最少 4 個SDGs 行動
  • 銅章：完成 2 個網上課堂 及 最少 2 個SDGs 行動

Translating SDGs into actions, UNICEF HK organizes the SDGs eLearn Award Scheme. Through an eLearn platform and self-directed learning, the Scheme allows students to take online lessons on different SDGs and take practical actions in daily life in support of sustainable development of local community and the world. 


Enrolment

Eligible candidate: Secondary 1 to 6 students

  • All students are welcome to join the scheme and compete for student awards.
  • Please submit the Student Registration Form by 9 April 2025 (Wednesday).
  • A personal learning account will be created for the registered students to login the UNICEF HK eLearn Platform.
  • Simply fill out this registration form, your eLearn account will be set up and ready by 11 April 2025 (Friday), please check your registered email accordingly.

 

Awards

Students accomplishing the following number of online courses and actions will be awarded Gold, Silver or Bronze Certificate.

  • Gold: Completed 2 online courses and at least 6 SDGs actions
  • Silver: Completed 2 online courses and at least 4 SDGs actions
  • Bronze: Completed 2 online courses and at least 2 SDGs actions
